Excel Application Assessment Report

I have a raw export of application-form assessment data and I need it turned into a clear, reusable Excel report that tracks each team member’s performance.

Here’s what I’m aiming for:
• A clean data model that lets me drop in the latest assessment file and see updated results automatically.
• Summary tables or PivotTables that show, per team member, how many forms they handled, average scores they assigned, and any other relevant indicators you suggest.
• A concise overview sheet that managers can print or snapshot for weekly meetings, plus the ability to drill down into individual assessments when required.

I’m open to smart use of formulas, PivotTables, Power Query, or lightweight VBA if it keeps the refresh process one-click simple. Charts are welcome where they improve readability. Once complete, a brief walkthrough or annotated notes will help ensure I can maintain the report myself.
