Excel Analysis & Educational Slides powerpoint -- 3

My project revolves around a raw dataset that must be explored inside Excel and then distilled into a clear, engaging educational PowerPoint deck.

Excel scope
First, the workbook needs full statistical analysis: descriptive statistics, significance testing where relevant, and easy-to-read summaries generated with formulas, PivotTables or the Data Analysis Toolpak. Any cleaning or restructuring that helps the numbers tell a coherent story should be included. Visual aids—charts, sparklines, conditional-format heat maps—should sit alongside the tables so the insights are immediately visible.

PowerPoint scope
Once the analysis is complete, those insights will move into an educational presentation. The deck should guide a learner from problem statement to conclusion, using the charts created in Excel, concise explanations, and speaker notes that make the material self-contained for anyone who might present it. A clean, consistent template (my brand colours will be shared after hire) and subtle animations to emphasise key findings will finish it off.

Deliverables
• A fully documented Excel workbook containing the cleaned data, statistical analysis, and linked visuals
• An editable PowerPoint file that walks through the methodology, findings, and recommended next steps, complete with speaker notes

The Excel file should remain linked to the charts in the presentation so updates flow automatically. Accuracy, transparency of calculations, and a narrative that makes the numbers meaningful to a non-technical audience are the benchmarks for acceptance.
