Excel Academic Data Cleanup

I’m looking for an Excel specialist who can quickly consolidate and clean several academic-records worksheets into one accurate master file.

Here’s what I need:
• Merge every worksheet into a single workbook and preserve my existing sheet names in a separate index.
• Eliminate duplicates, then run a full pass for data entry issues—our key pain point is date format inconsistencies, as all course codes, student IDs, and current dates are stored as numeric values.
• Apply the template I’ll provide so every column matches our standard headings, course-code rules, and ID structure.
• Fill any obvious gaps using the data already present and flag anything truly missing in a “Data Gaps” column.
• Keep a Change Log sheet that records the original value, the correction you made, and the timestamp for every edit.

The final deliverable is:
1. A master workbook fully cleaned and formatted.
2. The detailed Change Log.

Accuracy and traceability are critical, but I’d like the work wrapped up within a day once you start. If you have ideas for catching other issues beyond date formats—such as stray characters or mis-keyed IDs—feel free to include them in your approach.
