Essay AI Detection & Correlation
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I have 220 student essay files—some arrive as PDFs, others as Word documents. I need a two-part study:
First, run each essay through a reliable AI-generated-text detector of your choice and record the exact percentage of likely AI-produced content for every individual student.
Second, analyze those percentages with respect to the students’ final-exam scores (I will supply the grade sheet) and explore how the two measures relate. I’m interested in overall correlation strength, significant patterns, and anything else that surfaces—scatterplots, trend lines, regression output, clustering insights, you name it.
Deliverables
• A CSV containing: Student ID, AI-content %, final exam grade, and any derived metrics
• Brief documentation visualising findings and explaining methodology, assumptions, and key takeaways
