Enter 1,000 Printed Records

I have a stack of printed documents containing roughly 1,000 separate text entries. Each entry needs to be transcribed verbatim into a digital format so I can sort, filter, and analyse the information later.

You will receive high-resolution scans (PDF) of the pages. All I need back is a clean, well-structured spreadsheet—Excel or Google Sheets is fine—with one row per record and each field placed in its own column exactly as it appears on the page. Spelling, punctuation, and line breaks must match the source; consistency is more important than speed.

Deliverables
• A spreadsheet containing all 1,000 text records, fully proof-read and free of typos
• A quick summary of any unreadable words or ambiguities you encounter

I’m ready to share the scans as soon as we agree on a timeline. If you have previous experience with high-volume data entry from printed sources and a sharp eye for detail, this will be a straightforward project.
