Enter Numbers from Scanned Documents
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I have a collection of scanned documents—mostly invoices and summary sheets—that contain nothing but numbers. I need every figure transferred accurately into a structured spreadsheet so I can run analytics later. The task is pure data entry: no text transcription, charts, or formatting beyond consistent column alignment.
You are free to use Excel, Google Sheets, or any data-capture tool you prefer, but the final hand-off must be a clean .xlsx file that mirrors the order in which the numbers appear on the scans. A quick spot-check of several rows should reveal zero discrepancies; precision is critical because these figures feed directly into our financial reporting workflow.
Deliverables
• One .xlsx file with all numeric values entered and double-checked
• A brief note outlining any unreadable entries or anomalies you encountered
I will provide the scans as high-resolution PDFs immediately after awarding the project. Turnaround is flexible within reason, but I’d like to review the completed sheet within two days of kick-off. Let me know if you have experience with similar numeric data entry from scanned sources, and feel free to suggest any quality-control steps you routinely apply.
