Enter Customer Purchases in Excel
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I have a set of customer purchase records sitting in another digital format and I need them moved into a clean, well-structured Microsoft Excel workbook. The file already contains every transaction; what’s missing is an organized sheet that lets me filter by customer, product, date, and order value without spending hours tidying columns or chasing down errors.
Here’s what I expect:
• Each row represents a single purchase.
• Core columns include (at minimum) Customer ID or name, purchase date, item or service bought, quantity, unit price, total, and any reference number already in the source file.
• Data must match the source exactly—no omissions, no stray characters, no altered figures.
• The finished .xlsx file should be ready for pivot-table analysis the moment I open it.
I will supply the source file along with a template header so you can see the field order I prefer. Please make sure you are comfortable with Excel functions such as text-to-columns, data validation, and basic error-checking formulas; a quick eye for duplicates will help too. Turnaround is flexible but I’d like to keep momentum, so let me know your realistic time estimate when you reply. Confidentiality is a given—these are real customers and real transactions.
