Project Summary Excel Benchmarking Tool & Pivot Table Update:
We require an experienced Excel freelancer to update our existing Charity Retail Benchmarking Tool and update our three excel working documents, as per the ‘Changes Required’ section below
Current Documents
• Data Entry Sheet - datasheet completed by our customers and sent to us
• Master Calculation Sheet - internal sheet used by us to manage datasets received
• Pivot Table Outputs - deidentified pivot tables with averages returned to our customers
The Current Metrics
• Shop Revenue
• Average items per sale
• Number of transactions
• Shop sqm size
CHANGES REQUIRED
Two Additional Metrics Required:
• Number of items sold
• Average item price
Amendment to One Band
Shop SQM to be changed to show the following bands
o 0-99, 100-199, 200-399,400-599, 600+
To be added to:
• Current Member Data Entry Sheet
• Current Master Calculation Sheet
• Current Pivot Table Outputs
Please improve the visual clarity of the Pivot Table Outputs
o Currently the headings are hard to read and very long
o Its needs a clearer and more attractive presentation
