Engineering Research Report Writing
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I need a comprehensive technical report that pulls together fresh data analysis, a concise literature review, and clearly presented results for an ongoing engineering study. You will work with the raw figures I provide (spreadsheet and sensor logs), extract the key insights, and turn them into a logically structured document written in precise, academic English.
The job spans the full reporting cycle: analysing the data set in your preferred environment (Excel, MATLAB, Python—whatever gets the cleanest output), weaving relevant journal findings into the narrative, drafting each section with consistent terminology, and finishing with meticulous formatting so tables, equations, citations, and graphics look publication-ready.
Accepted deliverables
• One editable report file (Word or LaTeX) laid out with numbered headings, cross-referenced figures, and properly styled reference list
• A separate slide deck (PowerPoint or Google Slides) that summarises objectives, methodology, core findings, and next-step recommendations for stakeholders
• All analysis scripts or calculation sheets used to generate charts or statistical results, clearly commented for reproducibility
Quality bar
The writing must be entirely original, technically sound, and free of grammatical errors. Data visualisations should be high-resolution and labelled so any reviewer can trace values back to the source data.
Submit a quick note on how you plan to structure the work and the main tools you prefer; once we align on the outline, I will forward the data package and target word count.
