Employment Discrimination Case Support
Budget: $25 – $50 USD
I’m involved in an active employment discrimination and pay equity lawsuit against a former employer (Zions Bancorporation, N.A.). I’m seeking an independent statistician who can review compensation data and evaluate whether there are statistically significant disparities related to gender and job assignments.
At this stage, I have access to salary/pay data, employee demographics, job titles, tenure, and related HR documentation. I’m looking for an expert who can:
Conduct an independent analysis of this dataset;
Review and, if appropriate, rebut the opposing statistician’s methods and conclusions;
Prepare a written expert report for use in litigation, and potentially testify if the case proceeds to trial.
