Email Survey Creation & Collection -- 2

I need a complete, end-to-end email survey campaign set up and managed for me. The goal is to capture reliable survey responses from my mailing list through an online form (Google Forms, Typeform, SurveyMonkey—whichever you find most efficient). You will:

• Draft or import my survey questions, applying clear logic and skip patterns where needed
• Brand the form so it looks consistent with our colours and logo
• Generate a shareable email link, test it across major email clients, and schedule the send-out to my list
• Monitor the response rate, send one polite reminder, and keep the form open until we hit the agreed target
• Export all answers into a clean spreadsheet, perform a quick sanity check for duplicates or empty rows, and deliver the raw file plus a basic visual summary
