ERT Toxicologist Needed for CPSR

I am heading a fast-growing regulatory affairs firm in India that is now taking on European cosmetic compliance work. Our immediate requirement is for a European-registered toxicologist (ERT) who can review and formally sign off more than 25 Cosmetic Product Safety Reports (CPSRs).

Here is what the engagement involves:

• Carefully examine each CPSR to be certain it meets all current EU cosmetic safety regulations.
• Flag any data gaps or formulation concerns and advise on revisions so the file is fully compliant.
• Once each report is satisfactory, add your electronic signature, credentials, and ERT registration details.
• Return a brief sign-off statement or certificate for our own records.

Acceptance criteria
A CPSR is considered complete once the signed toxicologist declaration is included, referencing the specific product name and date, and the final PDF is delivered back to us.

Ideal background
Because these are cosmetics, I need someone who already works in this sector, holds ERT certification, and is an active member of the relevant professional regulatory body. Previous collaboration with Indian brands is a plus, but not essential.

All files are ready in English, supported by raw toxicological profiles, stability data, and GMP statements. I can share a sample report under NDA so you can gauge the work level before we start.
