Dynamic Tonnage Pay Calculator Spreadsheet
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need a well-structured Excel workbook that lets me record each truck load through an easy-to-use Excel userform and instantly calculates pay. The form should allow me to pick one origin, one destination, and one product per load, then capture the load weight. Behind the scenes the sheet must apply my tonnage rates, add any hourly or bonus pay I enter, and store every load in a table for that day.
At day’s end I want two views:
• a detailed log showing every load with its full breakdown, and
• a concise roll-up of total tonnage, total hours, bonuses, and overall pay.
Key requirements
• Userform with dropdowns for pick-up points, delivery points, and product types (I’ll maintain the lists).
• Automatic calculation of pay per load based on weight, origin/destination/product, plus separate fields for hourly time and bonus entries.
• Running totals that reset with a new date but remain accessible for historical review.
• Clean, locked formulas so accidental edits don’t break anything, yet rates can be updated easily in one place.
• Clear printing or export options for both the detailed and summary reports.
If you’ve built similar logistics or payroll tools in Excel—especially with VBA forms—please tell me. A quick demo or screenshot of past work will help me decide.
