Dynamic Excel Reporting Template
Budget: $250 – $750 CAD
I regularly export raw .csv files from our ERP and would like a single Excel workbook that turns those dumps into board-ready insights the moment I paste the data in. The core of the job is to build a reusable template where one refresh populates three chart types—bar, pie, and line—and updates a dedicated cost-analysis section.
Here’s how I picture it working: I copy the latest export into a “Data” sheet (or connect it through Power Query if that’s cleaner), hit refresh, and the pre-configured charts along with cost analysis metrics instantly reflect the new figures. The workbook should stay completely formula-driven so no manual edits are needed after the paste.
To sign this off, I’ll need:
• A locked-layout Excel file containing the data intake area, dynamic charts, and automated cost analysis calculations
• Clear, concise instructions outlining how to add new exports and refresh the visuals
If you prefer Power Pivot, named ranges, or standard tables, I’m flexible as long as the end result is seamless for non-technical users.
