Dubai Rentals Revenue Manager Needed

I run Opulent Living Vacation Home Rental LLC and oversee several short-term units dotted around Dubai Marina and JBR. I’m looking for an experienced revenue manager who can take ownership of two core functions: setting and refining our pricing strategy and producing clear, data-driven occupancy forecasts.

We already work with a Revenue Management System, so fluency with a modern RMS is essential from day one—spreadsheet skills are welcome, but they won’t replace the system you’ll be logging into daily. My current approach follows seasonal pricing that mirrors Dubai’s tourism peaks; your first job will be to sharpen that calendar, adjust rate fences, and structure promotions so we capture maximum ADR during high season while protecting occupancy in shoulder periods.

Key deliverables I’ll use to sign off your work:
• Weekly rate recommendations pushed through the RMS and ready for one-click approval
• A rolling 90-day occupancy and revenue forecast, refreshed every Monday morning
• A concise KPI snapshot each month (RevPAR, ADR, occupancy vs. forecast) with written commentary on wins, misses, and corrective actions
