Drug Discovery Systematic Review
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need a systematic review in medicinal chemistry that zeroes in on the drug-discovery stage. The primary evidence base must come from peer-reviewed journal articles; no other data sources are required at this time. I will supply an initial set of inclusion criteria, but I am counting on you to refine the search strategy, run database queries (PubMed, Scopus, Web of Science or similar), and document the full PRISMA flow from identification through to final study selection.
Your manuscript should:
• Map out current chemical scaffolds, targets, and hit-to-lead trends highlighted in the literature.
• Critically evaluate methodology quality and highlight knowledge gaps that future synthesis or in-vitro work could address.
• Follow PRISMA 2020 reporting guidelines so it is ready for submission to a medicinal-chemistry-focused journal.
I will need the following deliverables:
1. Search string syntax for each database.
2. PRISMA diagram with numeric breakdown.
3. Risk-of-bias/quality assessment table.
4. 5,000–6,000-word narrative report with figures and reference list in EndNote or RIS format.
