Drink Consumption Report Spreadsheet

I’m looking for a well-structured Excel file that lets me track every drink flowing through the project—how many are taken, how many we replenish, and how many we order.

Here’s what I expect:
• A clear data-entry sheet where I can log each transaction.
• Automatic summaries that total drinks taken, replenished, and ordered by day, week, and overall.
• Simple pivot tables or built-in formulas so I can slice the numbers quickly (no macros required unless they truly simplify the task).
• Clean formatting and headings so anyone on the team can understand it at a glance.

I’ll provide the raw figures (or a sample) as soon as we start; you turn them into an easy-to-update spreadsheet I can drop straight into our workflow. If you can add a tiny dashboard tab with a few charts, that’s a bonus.

Deliver the finished .xlsx file, walk me through any assumptions you made, and we’re done.
