I have a series of text-based PDF files that need to be transferred into a clean, well-structured spreadsheet. The task is straightforward data entry—no formulas or analysis—just accurate transcription of the information exactly as it appears.
What I’ll provide
• PDF copies of the source documents
• A ready-made column template in either Excel or Google Sheets (your choice)
What I need from you
• Transcribe each PDF record into the designated columns
• Preserve spelling, punctuation, and line order
• Add a quick double-check so the sheet is at least 99 % accurate
• Note any missing or hard-to-read items in a separate “Comments” column
The batch size and deadline will be confirmed upon award, but it’s a moderate workload that should fit comfortably within normal working hours.
