Digitize Mixed Data From PDFs

I have a folder of Word and PDF files that contain both narrative text and numerical details—think product descriptions sitting right beside prices, invoice numbers next to customer notes. I need every bit of that information keyed into a clean, well-structured spreadsheet so I can sort, filter, and run simple analytics without having to hunt through individual documents.

Here’s how I picture the workflow:
• I give you the digital files in batches.
• You enter each text field exactly as written and place every number in its proper column, keeping formats consistent (dates as dates, currency as currency, etc.).
• You return a single Excel or Google Sheets file for each batch, double-checked for typos and aligned with the original layout.

Accuracy is more valuable to me than speed, but I do expect steady daily progress updates so I can spot-check samples along the way. If you already use tools like Adobe Acrobat for fast copying or OCR, that’s fine—as long as the final sheet is 100 % correct.

Deliver the first 20 documents within 48 hours of starting so I can review your approach, then continue with the remaining files once I give the green light.
