Digital Specialist - Marketing & Product Development

I’m rebuilding the way we handle data, audits and online sales, and I want someone who can move comfortably across spreadsheets, databases and marketing platforms.

Here’s what I need tackled:

• Advanced Excel / Data Analysis
– Clean and reorganise several messy CSV exports.
– Use Excel as database platform to build product and automation with IAuditor include dashboard

• Database Construction for assessments and audits
– Design a structured database (IAuditor experience is a real plus) that lets inspectors capture field data on-site, then feeds those results back into our reporting dashboards.

• Digital marketing & e-commerce support
– Website development including e-commerce
– Capture, prepare sales lists and automate marketing campaigns
– Sync the database with CRM so leads, audit results and follow-up tasks fire automatically.
– Make sure product and customer lists flow into WordPress and Shopify/Square checkout pages without manual re-keying.

Expectations:
1. Development of two websites with e-commerce & booking capability
2. The audit database includes role-based access, version-controlled templates and an export to Excel/CSV. Integration with IAuditor
3. Digital marketing campaign execution
4. Product and customer data (marketing lists) stay consistent across WordPress, Shopify/Square and Zoho or similar CRM.
