PowerBI Freelancer for Custom Real Estate Investment Reporting

Project Overview:

We are seeking an experienced PowerBI developer to create a comprehensive report from scratch. The report will integrate data from multiple sources to provide insights into our real estate investment activities. This includes analyzing property submissions, acquisitions, sales, investment positions, time on market, and more. The ultimate goal is to forecast expected ROI for specific investment amounts and time frames based on historical data.

Responsibilities:

Data Integration:
-Connect and integrate data from multiple sources:
-Google Sheets
-CSV files
-QuickBooks
-Microsoft SQL Server

Report Development:
-Design and develop interactive PowerBI reports and dashboards.
-Visualize key metrics related to:
-Property submissions
-Property acquisitions
-Property sales
-Investment positions (% invested, ROI)
-Time on market for property resale
-Time between initial closing, relist, and final sale
-Holding costs and other relevant financial metrics

Data Analysis:
-Perform data modeling and create DAX calculations to support report requirements.
-Develop predictive models to estimate expected ROI based on various investment scenarios.

Collaboration:
-Work closely with our team to understand business requirements and objectives.
-Iterate on report designs based on feedback.

Documentation & Training:
-Provide comprehensive documentation of the report, data sources, and methodologies used.
