Demand Forecasting System for Optimizing Inventory and Supply Chain Efficiency Using Historical Sales Data

I'm seeking an experienced app developer to create a user-friendly application that predicts demand for a specified stock over the upcoming weeks. This is based on user-input parameters: stock ID, number of weeks, and it should also facilitate the download of a CSV file with the forecasted data.

Key features:
- Display demand forecasts for selected stock
- Use exponential smoothing for predictions
- Allow user to input stock ID and time frame
- Enable CSV file download of forecast data

The app will rely on historical sales data associated with the user-inputted stock ID.

Ideal skills for this project include:
- Proficiency in app development
- Experience with demand forecasting models, particularly exponential smoothing
- Knowledge of handling and interpreting historical sales data
- Able to implement a CSV download feature.

Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA):
a. Perform customer, item, and transaction-level summary statistics.
b. Utilize SQL join queries to retrieve necessary data (e.g., customer and product
information) without explicit data merging.
c. Consolidate transactional data where necessary to ensure accurate summary metrics for
each level (customer, item, transaction).
d. Design and develop visualizations which should help to explain the data and summary statistics
