Delphi Study Design for Education

I am conducting a multi-round modified Delphi study expert consensus study. I have just completed Round 1, which consists of qualitative data from 20 expert panel responses.

I need a qualitative analyst to perform the initial thematic coding and framework development using NVivo. Crucially, the final deliverable must include the development of the structured questionnaire instrument for Round 2 based on the themes extracted from Round 1.

Please provide a quote that covers both the qualitative coding and the Round 2 instrument design, and note if your team can provide statistical support for the subsequent consensus rounds (Rounds 2 and 3) and the final analysis, results and recommendations.
