Databricks Financial Reports Development

I need to move a set of legacy financial performance reports into Microsoft Databricks and make them fully self-service for my business users. The work centres on revenue and profit-margin analysis, sliced by product, region, and time period, and everything must come straight from our existing internal databases.
You will be handling the whole pipeline inside Databricks—model design, SQL development, performance tuning, and dashboard creation—so deep knowledge of Databricks SQL Warehouses, notebooks, Delta Lake, and strong, readable SQL are mandatory. Because the audience sits in a regulated financial-services environment, familiarity with common banking or asset-management data structures and the need for audit-friendly, traceable logic will help you hit the ground running. The solution will be build and deployed in a dedicated Azure cloud.
Deliverables
• Clean, well-documented Databricks notebooks or SQL scripts that build the required data sets
• Parameter-driven dashboards (or Databricks SQL visualisations) that surface revenue and profit-margin KPIs
• A short run-book explaining refresh cadence, permissions, and how to extend the model
Acceptance criteria
• Every report returns complete results in under two minutes against production-scale data
• Figures reconcile back to our source system totals to within 0.1 %
• Code is version-controlled and passes an internal peer review for naming, formatting, and security standards
