This project involves transferring mixed text-and-number records from my company database into a clean, well-structured Excel workbook. I will supply a database export along with a template that shows exactly how each field should map into the spreadsheet.
Accuracy is more important than speed: every entry must match the source, spellings must remain intact, and numerical columns should stay strictly numeric so the sheet remains formula-ready. Before delivery, please review your work with basic validations (duplicates, missing values, column totals) to catch any slips.
Deliverables
• Completed Excel file following the supplied template
• A brief change log noting any anomalies you had to clarify or correct
Work is considered done once the sheet opens without errors and sample spot-checks reconcile perfectly with the original database values.
