Database Data Verification & Cleanup

I have several tables coming from our in-house databases that now need a careful round of verification and correction. The records hold a mix of text fields and numeric values, and a number of them have slipped out of sync—typos in names, transposed figures, duplicated rows, or formatting inconsistencies.
Your task is to go through these datasets, spot every anomaly, and correct it so the final export is 100 % reliable. You can query the source directly or work from an extracted CSV; whichever is faster for you. Accuracy is more important than speed, but I do expect clear, trackable change logs so we can audit your work later.
Deliverables
• A clean, validated data set returned in the same schema
• A brief change report (what was fixed, patterns you noticed, and any suggestions to prevent future issues)
If you work comfortably with SQL, Excel, or other data-quality tools, that’s ideal. Let me know how soon you can start and your estimated turnaround for roughly 25 000 rows.
