Data normalization and Analysis

I have a small dataset ( small amount of Tweets )
Data type is tweets

for this data I need to do the followings:
Analysis required:
-Normalise the data; total word count per period (also tells us the avg words per tweet, include hashtags as a single word).
-Total number of sentences per period; avg per tweet.
-Total number of each of the following pronouns in each period and a proportion analysis (pie chart) for each across the three periods.
-Total number of each of the following modals in each period and a proportion analysis (pie chart) for each across the three periods.
