Data analytics case studies with datasets and solutions

I’m seeking an experienced data analyst to create realistic, ready-to-use case studies ideally based on previous professional work (anonymized if needed) for my students to practice on.

Each case study should include:

- A clear business problem statement
- Dataset (CSV or other formats) — public, synthetic, or anonymized from real projects
- Step-by-step solution in the appropriate tool
- Documentation explaining the approach and reasoning
- Final dashboards/reports

I need multiple case studies (negotiable), covering:
- Power BI (PBIX semantic models, reports)
- Tableau (workbooks)
- Excel (formulas, dashboards, Power Query, Power Pivot)
- SQL (queries, schema)
- Python (Jupyter notebooks)
