Data Entry & Report Analysis

I have a collection of mixed data—some of it numerical, some of it text—that first needs to be entered, cleaned, and organized, then turned into clear, insightful reports. I am looking for one person who can comfortably handle both parts of this workflow: meticulous data entry as well as the analytical steps required to transform that data into concise, well-structured summaries.

Here is how I see the project flowing. You will start by taking the raw files I provide (spreadsheets, PDFs, and a small amount of free-form text) and consolidate everything into a single, consistent dataset. Accuracy is key at this stage; I expect careful validation so that numbers add up and text fields remain intact.

Once the dataset is clean, I need regular reports generated. These reports should highlight the metrics that matter—totals, averages, outliers, and any observations that help me make decisions quickly. Whether you prefer Excel pivot tables, Google Sheets, or a lightweight BI tool is fine with me as long as the final output is straightforward to read and ready for download each time.

Deliverables will therefore include:
• A master spreadsheet (or database export) of the cleaned, unified data
• Recurring summary reports in PDF and source format (Excel or similar)
• A brief explanation of your process so I can maintain the workflow later if needed
