Data Entry & Analysis Assistant

A backlog of mixed numeric and textual information—orders, survey answers, and internal notes—needs to be consolidated in a clean spreadsheet. The job starts with accurate, on-time data entry: copy data from PDFs, web forms and emails into the provided Excel template, keeping original spelling and numerics intact while applying the column structure I supply.

Once everything is in place, the second part of the assignment is light analysis. Using Excel’s built-in tools (filters, PivotTables, simple charts) you will surface totals, averages and any obvious inconsistencies, flagging anything that looks out of range. If you prefer Google Sheets that is fine; formulas must remain compatible with Excel 2016+.

Deliverables
• Completed spreadsheet with all records entered and uniformly formatted
• Separate tab with summary metrics, pivots or charts that answer the key questions I will outline
• Short note listing any anomalies or data gaps you uncovered

Accuracy is critical; please double-check values and keep cell formatting tidy so the file can be dropped straight into my monthly report. I expect regular progress updates and will review work in milestones so we can correct issues early.
