Data Cleanup & Dashboard Creation

I have a backlog of raw figures scattered across Excel workbooks, PDF exports, and a handful of scanned sheets. The task is two-fold: first, bring all of that data into clean, well-structured Excel or Google Sheets tables; second, turn those tables into easy-to-read dashboards so I can spot trends at a glance.

Here’s the workflow I have in mind. You’ll start by entering or importing each source file, double-checking every value to weed out typos, duplicates, and formatting quirks. Consistent naming, sensible date formats, and tidy formulas are essential because this information feeds directly into the reports. Once the data is clean, you’ll build a summary sheet that pulls key metrics into charts—think classic bar, line, or pie visuals—along with a concise written takeaway for each section.

Accuracy and discretion are non-negotiable; some of the files contain sensitive company information. A strong grasp of functions like VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and PivotTables will make the job smoother, and a good design eye will keep the dashboards straightforward instead of cluttered.

Deliverables
• One master Excel or Google Sheets file containing the cleaned datasets
• A linked dashboard tab (or separate report file) showing the agreed-upon visuals and headline numbers
• A quick hand-off note outlining any formulas or data-integrity checks you built in

The initial batch should be wrapped up within a week or so. If everything balances and the dashboards run smoothly, I’ll have more datasets for you to tackle on a rolling basis.
