Data Cleaning & Statistics CSV

I have a raw statistical dataset that will feed directly into later reporting, so every figure must be spot-on. Your job is to clean the data, validate it for consistency and outliers, and then calculate the key descriptive statistics I need—mean, median, and standard deviation for each relevant variable.

Once the calculations are complete, package everything into a well-structured CSV file. Column headers should be clear, numeric precision consistent, and any assumptions or exclusions briefly documented in a notes column within the same file.

Deliverable
• One tidy CSV containing the cleaned dataset plus the computed mean, median, and standard deviation for each field.

Acceptance criteria
• All values reconcile against the original source with zero truncation or rounding errors.
• Formulas and intermediate steps are reproducible should I audit them later.
• No missing headers or ambiguous field names in the final CSV.
