Data Analysis with R programming or SQL with report

I need the help of some one who is very good at R or SQL and can help to find methodology, algorithm to generate all possible test cases from that specifications and analysis urgently, deadline is Thursday with report, nothing too advanced,your help would be appreciated, thanks
