Data Analysis Training Mentor Needed

I’m running an intensive Sprint Specialized IT Training and Employment Program and want an experienced mentor to steer my team through the data-analysis track. The cohort already codes in Python at a junior level; what they lack is a structured path that turns raw scripting knowledge into polished, employment-ready data-visualization skills.

What I’m asking you to do
• Shape a concise, practical learning roadmap that starts with data-wrangling in Python and culminates in real-world dashboards and visual stories.
• Host live, interactive sessions twice a week where you demonstrate techniques and review participant work in real time.
• Design short capstone projects drawn from industry data so trainees can showcase portfolio-worthy results.
• Assess each participant’s progress, provide targeted feedback, and flag any knowledge gaps early so we can close them before the program ends.

I’m flexible on which visualization stack you prefer—Tableau, Power BI, D3.js, or another tool—so long as it fits the goal of turning Python-based analyses into clear, compelling visuals an employer will love.

You’ll be collaborating directly with me and up to eight trainees. If you have a track record of teaching, mentoring, or boot-camp instruction and can translate complex analytics concepts into everyday language, let’s talk.
