Data Analysis Specialist Needed

I have a raw dataset ready for a deep-dive analysis and need an expert who can turn it into meaningful, business-ready insights. The files may arrive as spreadsheets, database exports, or structured text (JSON/XML); whichever format you’re most comfortable with is fine by me, as long as the workflow you propose is reproducible and well documented.

We’ll decide together whether the first priority is trend discovery, management-level reporting, predictive modeling, or a staged combination of all three. Once the scope is set, I’ll share the data so you can explore, clean, and model it using the tools you know best—Python (pandas, scikit-learn), R (tidyverse, caret), SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or a comparable stack.

Deliverables
• A fully commented code notebook or script that others can rerun without issues
• An executive summary that highlights key findings in plain English
• Clear visualizations (charts, dashboards, or slides) that illustrate those findings

Acceptance criteria
• All steps, from preprocessing to final output, are transparent and repeatable
• Insights are supported by both statistical evidence and visuals
• Final assets open correctly on a standard Windows or macOS setup without extra licensing hassles
