Data Analysis

I am looking for an experienced data analyst to help me perform a thorough inferential analysis on a dataset that I have. The purpose of the analysis is to generate a report with insightful observations. Basically, The dataset is a driving dataset, and we want to identify all possible driving behaviours (e.g Harsh braking and acceleration, Extreme speed limit braking for speed limits beyond a threshold of 120, driver anticipation, etc) from the dataset, what influence causes what behaviour and the severity of the influence on each identified behaviour. The report will need to synthesize relevant findings and present them through meaningful charts, tables and diagrams. Additionally, it should provide proficient recommendations according to the results of the analysis. The results from this analysis will inform the development of machine learning/NLG models that will be used for the development of an AI/NLG enabled mobile app that generates a human language reports capable of changing drivers behaviour towards safe driving. I am seeking someone who can effectively articulate and translate data into different graphical forms, while also being able to apply appropriate statistical methods. The successful freelancer must have a precision-oriented approach and an analytical mindset to ensure accuracy of the output.
