Dashboard Replication in MS Excel (within 3 hours of task posted)

i need dashbaord to be created using the data inside the excel.
the dashboard is also need to created in excel. i have a sample file which has a dashboard to be replicated.
and excel file has sheets which data is used to create the dasboard.
sheets are as follows:
sheet 1 - instructions with metrics which are used in dashboard.
sheet 2 - production table
sheet 3 - location table
sheet 4 - office table
sheet 5 - dashboard desiging (optional)
