Dallas Real Estate Data Pipeline
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I’m assembling a living intelligence dashboard for land acquisition and new-construction opportunities across the Dallas market. To fuel it, I need a clean stream of property data pulled from Redfin—or an equivalent MLS-powered source—then shaped and loaded into my Smartsheet workspace.
Scope of work
• Extract the latest Dallas-area listings and closed transactions, capturing property prices, historical sales data, neighborhood demographics, plus any builder and agent names that appear in the feed.
• Standardize the fields, remove duplicates, and flag missing values so the dataset is analytics-ready. A light data dictionary that explains each column will help future users.
• Populate my existing Smartsheet grid with the fresh, cleaned records, maintaining the hierarchy and column formats already in place.
I’ll provide: target ZIP codes, sheet access, and desired refresh cadence. You run the scrape/ETL cycle, verify accuracy, and leave me with an up-to-date sheet I can plug straight into acquisition models and builder outreach plans.
Ideal experience: comfort with Redfin HTML/API workarounds, strong Excel or Python cleaning skills, and proven Smartsheet know-how for bulk uploads.
Acceptance: a Smartsheet containing all requested fields, no obvious data gaps, and spot-checked accuracy against the live site.
Turnaround is flexible in the first pass, but I’m aiming for a repeatable workflow we can schedule regularly once the template is locked in.
