I need a clean, reliable Excel workbook that lets me enter each rep’s figures every day and instantly see how the team is doing. The two core metrics are clear: daily sales numbers and task-completion status. Once the data is in, the file should calculate totals, averages, and simple variances automatically, then feed those results into easy-to-read charts so I can spot trends at a glance during our stand-ups.

Please build this so a non-technical manager can maintain it—no VBA is necessary unless you feel it truly simplifies the flow. Smart use of formulas, pivot tables, conditional formatting, and an at-a-glance dashboard will keep things efficient.

Deliverables
• Excel (.xlsx) file with data-entry sheet, automated calculations, and a dashboard tab containing dynamic charts for the two metrics
