Daily Agent KPI Excel Dashboard
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I need a single-file Excel dashboard that refreshes cleanly every day and gives me an at-a-glance view of how all agents are performing. The layout should update automatically when I paste or import the latest data, recalculating metrics and redrawing the visuals without any extra steps.
Core elements to build
• Dynamic tables or Power Query connections that accept the new daily data dump.
• Calculations for the main KPIs we decide on together (sales, customer satisfaction, AHT and any others we add) with clear, reusable formulas.
• Interactive visuals—charts, traffic-light indicators, slicers—so I can filter by date ranges or drill down to individual agents while still seeing the global picture.
• A clean summary page that rolls everything up and a detailed tab I can dive into for root-cause analysis.
Must-haves
• Works in current Microsoft 365 Excel.
• No external plug-ins—pure Excel functions, PivotTables, Power Query, Power Pivot or simple VBA if truly necessary.
• Straightforward instructions (or a short Loom video) showing exactly where to drop the new data each morning.
I’ll provide a sample data set and current manual reports. Once the file meets the daily refresh test and all formulas tally with my control numbers, the project will be considered complete.
