Project Description
I am looking for a reliable freelancer to create a structured CSV database of 100 universities and higher education institutions in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland (DACH region).
The data should be collected in a hierarchical structure:
University → Faculty → Chair / Institute
The goal is to build a complete, accurate, and well-structured dataset.

Scope of Work
1. University Level
Name of institution
Country (Germany / Austria / Switzerland)
City
Website (main domain)

2. Faculty Level
Faculty name
university
Name of dean / faculty head
Email address (personal or central faculty email)
Phone number (if available)

3. Chair / Institute Level (Main Task)
For each chair / institute:
Name of chair / institute
Faculty
University
Name of chair holder / professor

Contact details (priority):
Personal email address
If not available: chair/office email
If not available: general institute email
Phone number (if available)
Website URL

Data Requirements
Only real, researched data (no generated content)
Use publicly available sources (e.g. university websites)
Data must be current and valid
No duplicates
Consistent formatting
CSV file in UTF-8

Project Phases & Payment
Phase 1: Test Phase (mandatory)
Data collection for ~10 universities (mixed across DACH region)
Payment: €0.10 per dataset
Used to evaluate quality
Only high-quality work will proceed to the next phase.

Phase 2: Main Project
Payment: €0.10 per completed chair-level dataset

Definition of “complete”:
Chair name
Chair holder identified
At least one valid email address

Quality Bonus
+€0.02 per dataset if:
A personal email address is provided
Contact data is complete and accurate

Delivery
CSV file
Delivery in batches (e.g. 50–100 universities)
