Customer Spreadsheet Data Entry

I have several Excel sheets filled with customer information that must be consolidated into one clean, well-structured master file. Your tasks will be:

• Enter every customer record from the source spreadsheets into the master sheet, preserving the existing column layout.
• Check each entry for spelling, completeness, and correct formatting while you work.
• Apply light data cleaning—trim extra spaces, standardize date formats, and normalize capitalization.

All data already lives in spreadsheets, so no scanning or PDF extraction is required. I’ll provide the files plus a brief style guide at kickoff and would like an initial milestone within a few days to confirm we’re aligned.

You should be comfortable in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets and confident using basic data-validation tools and formulas such as TRIM and PROPER. Accuracy matters more than speed, but a clear timeline is essential—please share your estimated turnaround and any questions when you apply.
