Customer Satisfaction Survey & Dashboard
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I need a complete customer-satisfaction survey created, distributed, and reported in a way that lets me see meaningful insights at a glance. You’ll craft the questionnaire, advise on the best platform (SurveyMonkey, Google Forms, Typeform—whichever suits the brief), and manage distribution so we receive a solid response rate.
Once data starts flowing in, I want the results visualised through an online dashboard that updates automatically. A Google Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau Public dashboard that lets me filter by date, segment, and rating would be ideal, but I’m open to whichever tool you use most comfortably as long as it’s interactive and shareable via URL.
Please include examples of past work where you designed surveys and converted the findings into live dashboards; seeing both the form layout and the reporting interface will help me understand your approach.

• Finalised survey link/form ready for launch
• Raw response dataset with full export access
• Live, filterable online dashboard with viewer access granted to my team
