Customer Feedback Data Analysis

I have a large set of customer feedback sitting on an online survey platform. I need a data-savvy professional who can extract that raw data, clean it, and turn it into clear, actionable insights that I can share with my team.

Here is what I have in mind:

• Export the full response set from the platform (whether that ends up being SurveyMonkey, Google Forms, or Typeform—whichever you prefer and can handle smoothly).
• Structure and clean the file so every question, rating, and free-text answer is tidy and consistent.
• Perform quantitative analysis on the scaled questions and sentiment or thematic analysis on the open comments.
• Summarise key findings and trends, supported by a few straightforward charts or tables.
• Deliver a concise PDF or slide deck plus the cleaned spreadsheet or CSV that I can reuse internally.

Good working knowledge of Excel (or Google Sheets) is essential, and I am open to Python, R, or similar tools if you feel they make the process faster or more insightful.
