Customer Data Management & Reporting
Budget: $2 – $8 USD
Our customer records live across Excel/Google Sheets, a SQL warehouse, and our CRM. I need those three sources synchronised, error-free, and turned into clear insights that my sales and marketing teams can act on.
Here’s what I’ll hand over: raw customer lists, daily change logs, and access to the databases/CRM. You’ll return clean, validated tables, updated profiles, and concise reports highlighting trends or anomalies.
Deliverables
• Data entry & record updates: new leads, profile edits, and status changes reflected in all systems
• Data cleaning & validation: deduplicate, fix formatting issues, flag inconsistencies, and document any assumptions made
• Analysis & reporting: weekly summary dashboards (pivot tables, SQL queries, or CRM reports) with key metrics and a brief narrative of findings
• Related ad-hoc tasks that keep customer data accurate and actionable
Fluency with Excel or Google Sheets functions, SQL joins/CTEs, and standard CRM workflows is essential because I want the entire pipeline—from raw import to final dashboard—handled smoothly by one person.
I’ll review the first cleaned dataset and one sample report as an acceptance check; once approved, we’ll move to ongoing weekly cycles.
