Customer Data Cleanup & Reporting
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I have a raw customer dataset coming from several sheets and CSV exports, and I need it transformed into reliable insight. Your job is three-fold:
• Data cleaning – remove duplicates, fix inconsistent field formats (dates, phone numbers, missing IDs), and flag any outliers so the final table is analysis-ready in Excel.
• Data analysis – once the data is tidy, run the key descriptive statistics that matter to customer behaviour (e.g., churn rate, lifetime value bands, regional engagement). I am open to meaningful metrics you spot along the way.
• Data visualisation & reporting – build clear visuals in Power BI that feed into an automatic report I can refresh with one click. A short written summary of findings should accompany the file so anyone can grasp the story without digging into the model.
Acceptance criteria
– Cleaned .xlsx master file with documented transformation steps.
– Power BI (.pbix) containing slicers for time, segment and region, plus at least five visuals that directly answer the questions uncovered during analysis.
– PDF/PowerPoint report export drawing on those visuals and highlighting the most actionable insights.
If you are used to DAX, Power Query and advanced Excel functions, this should be straightforward. Please outline a rough timeline and note any clarifying questions in your bid so we can get started quickly.
