I have a raw customer dataset that needs to be translated into clear, actionable insights about how people actually behave—purchasing habits, engagement trends, repeat-buy triggers, churn signals, and any other meaningful patterns you discover.
The scope is straightforward: clean the data, choose the right statistical or machine-learning techniques, visualise the findings, and give me a concise written summary of the key behaviour patterns uncovered. I’m comfortable with whichever toolset you prefer—Python (pandas, scikit-learn, seaborn), R (tidyverse, caret), or a BI platform such as Power BI or Tableau—as long as the final output is reproducible and easy for me to explore.
