Customer Behavior Data Insights

Job ID: 39817664

Budget: $2 – $8 USD

I will provide a full export of our customer records along with website analytics logs and product catalog details. The assignment is to turn this raw customer data into a clear picture of how people interact with our store—specifically their purchase patterns, on-site actions, and product preferences.

The work begins with cleaning and merging the datasets (SQL or Python/Pandas are fine), followed by an exploratory data analysis. From there, descriptive statistics, cohort charts, and funnel visualizations should highlight correlations between browsing routes and eventual purchases. Any machine-learning-based clustering or propensity models are welcome if they add depth, but straightforward statistical insight is perfectly acceptable too.

Deliverables:
• A concise report (PDF or slide deck) summarizing key behavior findings and supporting visuals
• The reproducible code/notebook used for cleaning and analysis
• At least three dashboards or static charts that a non-technical stakeholder can interpret at a glance
• A short recommendation section translating insights into next-step actions for marketing and product teams

All source files must remain in our private Git repository. Please keep explanations plain-language; the leadership team prefers minimal jargon.
