Custom Zoho Analytics Reports

We operate an alcohol distribution business and manage our operations using Zoho One. Our primary tools are Zoho Books and Zoho Analytics, which we rely on for financial and sales reporting.
Please refer to the attached screenshot for reference.
I require a reports in Zoho Analytics that replicates the layout and structure shown in the screenshot. The only differences are:
The report must include a sub-total for each transaction.
The report must display the salesperson assigned to each invoice/transaction. I must also have a filter whereby I can select the relevant transactions for each sales person. So I can run off individual reports for each of my sales reps.
The purpose of this report is to calculate sales commissions based strictly on PAID sales, not on sales out or credit sales. We do not pay commissions on credit sales.
If an invoice is partially paid, the report should only show the actual amount received within the selected date range. If multiple payments are received on different dates for the same invoice they can be shown on separate lines or combined together within its respective date range.
I also require another report that is setup the same way as the above. The difference with this report compared to the above is that the report must show me credit notes applicable for each representative. Each report must show the sub total and the sales rep responsible for each transaction. Credit Sales (in Sent Status): These will be excluded unless a payment is received, in which case the received amount will be included
If you discover that in order to make the above work you need to edit any existing formula, report or script in the system, I will need to be notified of such in advance.
This project must be completed on time and within budget. All work produced will be owned by us, must remain confidential, and must not be used in your portfolio or shared elsewhere.
The work must be completed within 3 days and the job must start immediately.
