• Produce clear, printable reports (daily, weekly, or monthly summaries, plus an at-a-glance dashboard)
• Flag low-stock situations the moment any item drops below a set threshold—colour-coded alerts or a pop-up are both fine
A clean, intuitive layout is important because the team using it isn’t advanced with Excel. I expect well-structured formulas, lookup tables, conditional formatting for the alerts, and—if you think it makes the file smoother—macros or simple VBA to automate repetitive tasks like report generation.
